- There are many different experiences available, making it a fun place for lower grade elementary school children.
- It operates on a 100% reservation system, so make sure to reserve in advance before visiting.
- Lockers are available free of charge, so you can store your belongings before entering.
- In the Mulbit Village, a part of the experience area involving water, children's clothes may get wet. Bringing extra clothes is recommended. There is a changing room nearby for clothing changes.
- The Igloo (large net playground) on the 2nd floor is only accessible to children over 100cm tall.
- The Baby Walk on the 2nd floor is only accessible for infants under 36 months.
- It's recommended to start your tour from the 3rd floor using the elevator.
- While outside food is prohibited in the exhibit hall, it can be consumed in the picnic room located on the 1st floor before entry.
- Parking is available in the ground parking lot in front of the building, but note that the spacing is very narrow.
- Parking fees are 1,000 won for passenger cars and 2,000 won for large vehicles for the first 3 hours, with an additional charge of 170 won for passenger cars and 340 won for large vehicles for each 5-minute excess.
