Parenting Tips for National Busan Science Museum (Water Playground)
- Advance reservation is essential.
- Ssaplingnuri Hall is only accessible for those up to 7 years old. (Not accessible for 8 to 19 years old)
- The Little Train runs from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- There is an outdoor playground, and the Little Train is also available. Advance reservation is required for the Little Train.
- There are Nursing Rooms in three locations: two at the first-floor back entrance and near Ssaplingnuri Hall, and one at the entrance of the second-floor permanent exhibition hall. They include microwaves, water purifiers, and diaper changing tables.
- There is a Stroller Rental and Locker on the first floor.
- There is a food court on the first floor for dining.
- The Dynamic Slide from the second floor is for those over 110cm tall only, and it has specific operating times.
- The Planetarium shows are not short (40 minutes) and dark inside, so please keep this in mind.
- In summer, you can enjoy the water playground and fountain for water play.
- There are various attractions like water cannon shooting, rainbow tunnel, mini kayak, and comprehensive water play facilities.
- Tent installation is not allowed, but mats can be used, so you can relax on a mat in the shaded rest area.
- You cannot enter wearing regular shoes and must store them in the shoe rack outside the water playground.
- Food is allowed, but cooking or delivery is not allowed, so bring simple food or purchase nearby.
- There are outdoor shower facilities and changing rooms for washing up.
- There is a large dedicated parking lot, and a parking fee of 2,000 KRW per day is charged.
