Parenting Tips for Hwadam Forest
- Website reservation is mandatory. You can reserve by time slots, but it's okay not to visit exactly at that time.
- Weekends are popular, but cancellation tickets sometimes occur, so please check.
- The walking trails are well maintained, and there are many places to sit and rest along the way. The slope is gentle, making it stroller-friendly.
- At the entrance ticket booth, it's recommended to first obtain a monorail ticket and take the monorail up and gradually make your way down. (Prior reservation is also possible)
- When entering the parking lot with a small child and a stroller, the attendant will help you park close to the upper entrance.
- The monorail is often ridden at Section 1, but if it's sold out, you can take it after walking at Sections 2 or 3.
- The nursing room is located in front of the Mandarin Duck Pond, next to the restroom at the Nature Ecology Center.
- Bringing in outside food is not allowed, and bags are checked upon entry, but bringing simple snacks like chocolate bars is recommended.
