- Upon visit, pay at the ticket booth in the kids cafe building, and then enter the indoor zoo in the adjacent building.
- The 'Hero Kids Cafe' operates right next to the zoo, so it's nice to use both.
- 'Ticket package for Kids Cafe + Zoo' is also available, and the course is to visit the zoo after using the kids cafe first.
- Feed for animals can be purchased separately at the entrance of the zoo.
