Points to enjoy with your child

• The 2nd floor is operated as a Yes Kids Zone, so it is a good place to stay with your child.
• The reptile exhibition hall on the 4th floor requires a guardian to accompany your child, making it easier to explore safely together.
• Every day at 1 PM, 3 PM, and 6 PM, there is a Mysterious Animal Class where you can hear explanations about reptiles and spend time interacting with them.
• The experience is available for children 36 months and older, and it lasts about 1 hour.

Visitor information

• Hours are daily from 10:00 to 22:00, and last order is at 21:30.
• Each person must order 1 menu item, and there is a wide selection including coffee, drinks, and desserts.
• The experience fee is 16,000 won per person on weekdays and 20,000 won per person on weekends.
• The Mysterious Animal Class can be booked through Naver Reservation or by asking at the counter, and any remaining spots may also be available for walk-in registration.

Things parents should check

• Parking is available, but the underground parking lot is not very spacious, so it is a good idea to also check the ground-level parking.
• High chairs, a nursing room, a diaper changing station, stroller rental, and reservations are not provided.
• The 3rd floor is a no-kids and no-pets area.
• Rather than being a separate play area, this is a viewing-focused space, so it is important for guardians to accompany and care for children so they can comfortably look at the animals.
