Parenting Tips for Mondrian Gallery Pension
- Located on Daebu Island, famous for group travel, this is a detached kids pool villa. It is a large detached pension consisting of 2 ondol rooms, 3 bed rooms (1 single, 2 queen size), 3 bathrooms, and 2 shower rooms, making it ideal for 3 to 4 families together. The pension accommodates 12 people as the base number, so there's less burden for additional person fees (max 15 people). Building A is the kids building and Building B is a general pool villa, though Building B is also equipped with toys for kids. The main difference seems to be that the jungle gym in the basement of Building A is not available in Building B. The outdoor swimming pool has a ceiling cover so you can swim regardless of the weather, and when the weather is nice, you can open the cover and swim. The pool is equipped with life jackets, tubes, and a small slide for fun, with a water depth of about 1m. For an additional 30,000 KRW, you can also enjoy a campfire. Baby chairs and utensils are fully stocked, and there's a TV at the barbecue area so parents can enjoy a meal while playing kids' shows. The basement is equipped with a kids jungle gym, arcade machines, as well as karaoke, a billiard table, and a ping pong table for stress relief, making it a great choice for a family vacation accommodation. We're running a 5% discount event on accommodation fees for bank transfer payments, and you can inquire with the owner via text. We recommend bringing your own kids-specific wash, toothpaste, and toothbrush, as these are not provided, but there are plenty of towels, so you don't need to bring any. The Glass Island Museum is a 5-minute drive from the pension, making it a great place to visit before check-in or after check-out.
