- If you use the Picnic Zone or Glamping, access to Coco Caribe and Coco Maldives is free.
- Pre-opening ticketing is available, so it’s good to come early to do it.
- Cooking is not allowed, but external food can be brought in.
- Chicken is sold which might be a bit spicy for kids.
- Side dishes are self-service and have unlimited refills.
- You can change into a swimsuit in the changing room, but it’s recommended to wear a swimsuit prior to visiting.
- Tube rental is available and it’s a paid service. However, baby walker tubes can be rented for free.
- There are showers and restrooms. There are no shared restrooms, so it's recommended for moms with sons to visit accompanied by dads.
- A microwave and hot water are available, making it convenient for feeding baby food.
- Life jackets are mandatory for children under 7 and are provided free of charge.

- Coco Caribe users can access Coco Maldives, but Coco Maldives users cannot access Coco Caribe.
- The first floor has a Coco Maldives pub and cafe and the second floor has a lounge.
- The area is beautiful, making it great for taking photos of children, and the view of the pool from the second floor is also lovely, so look around.
