Located in Seungeon-ri, Anmyeon-eup, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Kkotji Beach is famous for its wide, fine white sandy shore stretching about 5 km, along with its picturesque scenery featuring the unique rock formations called Halmi Rock and Harabi Rock. In particular, the sunset falling between these two rocks is considered one of the top three sunsets on the west coast, making it a beloved spot that amazes many families and photographers.

Transportation and accessibility

• By car, it can be reached from Seoul in about 2 to 2 hours 30 minutes, and public transportation options such as express buses and intercity buses are also well established.
• From the Anmyeondo bus stop, you can take a local rural bus and reach the beach in about 10 to 15 minutes.
