Parenting Tips for Milky Blues
- Although located in Sokcho, it is a handmade milk tea specialty cafe, and I personally recommend it as the best milk tea.
- The interior is very pretty and there are many photo zones.
- It's also great for kids with scones and handmade chocolate latte available.
- There is limited parking space in front of the store, enough for about 3 cars, and a cheap parking lot is available within a 1-minute walk (500 KRW per 30 minutes).
