This is a place where you and your child can enjoy a free and enriching food experience. You can explore how Lotte snacks, drinks, and ice cream are made, and the guided activities help combine learning and fun.

Experience highlights your child will love

• They offer experiences themed around a Lotte food village and research lab, along with Xylitol dental health education.
• Each session lasts about 1 hour and is limited to 10 groups, so you can join at a fairly relaxed pace.
• The Lotte Confectionery Museum can be explored freely with no time limit.

Things to know before your visit

• Operating hours are 10:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday, and it is regularly closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Experience programs run from Monday to Thursday at 10:00 to 11:00, 13:00 to 14:00, 14:30 to 15:30, and 16:00 to 17:00.
• The experience is by advance reservation only and is free to use.
• Entry may not be allowed if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reserved time, so it is best to arrive early.
• You must bring documents that can verify your child's age when entering.
• Repeat visits after program participation are available starting 6 months later.

Kid-friendly convenience info

• The eligible age for tours is ages 6 to 13.
• Parking and reservations are available.
• High chairs, a nursing room, diaper changing stations, and stroller rental are not provided.
• There is no separate restroom inside the experience center, so it is recommended to use the restroom before the program begins.

Visit tips

• Because the interior is surrounded by glass, it can get hot, so bringing a portable fan in summer is a good idea.
• In winter, it is convenient to store your belongings and outerwear in the lockers before entering.
• For parking, if you register in advance when applying for the tour, you can get 2 hours of free parking on Basement Level 3.
• With the badge and gift exchange voucher you receive at entry, you can also get a snack gift after the experience.
• Eating and video recording are not allowed inside Sweet Park.
• Reservations for the following month open on the Sweet Park website at 11:00 AM on the 1st of each month, and you can apply for up to 2 children and 2 adults.
• If you ask at the information desk, you can receive a participation confirmation letter for institutional submission, which may be used for kindergarten or school attendance recognition.
