Parenting Tips for Sweet Park Lotte Children's Food Experience Center
- Various experiences such as Experience of a village and food research institute composed of Lotte foods, and Dental Health Education on xylitol are available.
- You can look at the process or ingredients of how snacks, drinks, ice cream, etc., are made.
- At the Lotte Confectionery Museum, you can see the history of Lotte Confectionery and can browse freely without time restriction.
- As the interior of the experience center is made of glass windows, it is quite hot, so if you visit in summer, we recommend bringing a portable fan or fan. In winter, you can store your belongings and coat in the locker before entering.
- With the badge and gift exchange coupon given upon entry, you can receive a snack gift after the experience. It is packed with generous goodies like Kid Stick, Pepero, Kancho, and Bread Barbershop drinks.
- Tours are conducted for about an hour with the teacher's explanation, and entry is not allowed if you are more than 15 minutes late for the reserved time.
- Since 10 teams per session is conducted for a small number of groups, you can tour leisurely.
- There are many cute photo zones which are great for taking pictures. However, video recording is not allowed.
- Eating is not allowed inside Sweet Park.
- Since there is no restroom inside the experience center, it is recommended to visit before the tour starts.
- You can make a reservation for the next month on Sweet Park's website at 11 AM on the 1st of every month, and up to 2 children and 2 adults can apply.
- You need to bring documents proving the child's age to enter, so make sure to bring the documents.
- Revisiting is possible 6 months after program participation.
- If you inform the information desk, a certificate of experience for institutional submission can be issued, which can be used as attendance recognition for kindergarten or school.
- Parking needs to be registered in advance when applying for the tour, and you can park for 2 hours free on the 3rd basement floor.
