Visitor tips

• Business hours are from 3 PM to 10 PM, and visiting around sunset is the best way to enjoy the most beautiful natural scenery and lighting.
• For 100 days starting June 1, 2024, the Lava Flower falling-fire festival is scheduled to take place from Wednesday to Sunday at around 6 PM. It may change depending on weather conditions, so please check before your visit.
• The outdoor private room requires advance reservation, and it is recommended if you want to spend private family time in an exclusive space.
• Pets that need to move indoors may be carried or placed in a bag, making this a good option for pet families as well.
