Turkish Istanbul Cultural Center is a cultural space located on Banpo-daero in Seocho-gu, Seoul, where the whole family can experience and enjoy Turkey's rich culture up close. Since its establishment in 1998, it has carried out a variety of activities to promote cultural exchange and mutual understanding between Korea and Turkey.

Main programs and experiences

• Cooking classes for adults, including kaymak and Turkish classes, are regularly offered, along with a variety of hands-on programs such as mosaic lamp classes for adults and kids.
• Craft classes that you can enjoy with your child are also available, including the traditional art of ebru, also known as Turkish marbling, and making Turkish-style mosaic lamps.
• A variety of Turkey-related materials, including books, video materials, and exhibits, are available for free browsing.
• Various cultural events, festivals, and exhibitions are also held to encourage mutual understanding between Korea and Turkey.
• Prices vary depending on the lamp type, and the fee includes materials, the LED bulb, and shipping. Finished works can be received by delivery about one week later because they require special processing for fixing.
