At the end of a quiet alley in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, you'll find Suyonsanbang, where a beautiful hanok and garden come together. This was the home of Sangheo Lee Tae-jun, a leading writer of modern Korean literature, and it is now run by his granddaughter as a traditional tea house. You can take in the charm of a traditional hanok while experiencing the traces of a writer from the past.

• Signature menu items include sweet pumpkin shaved ice, injeolmi, and a variety of traditional teas.
• Prices start at 13,500 won for tea, 6,500 won for injeolmi, and 15,500 won for shaved ice, so visitors can enjoy a range of tea and snacks.
• There is a 1 menu item per person rule, and you can stay for up to 2 hours.
• Parking is available in the dedicated parking lot, but space is limited, so public transportation is recommended.

• Saturday, Sunday: 11:30~22:00

• Reservations are not available, and only same-day visits with on-site registration are accepted.
• The restroom is located outside, which may be a little inconvenient.
