What is the Constitutional Court Library?

Located at 15 Bukchon-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, the Constitutional Court Library is the only public law library in Korea. In addition to legal materials, it is also a place where you can explore a wide range of books on the humanities, society, and culture. With window-side seating overlooking the beautiful scenery of Bukchon and a comfortable reading space, it is also well suited for family visits.

  • Anyone aged 16 and older can freely use the library after bringing an ID and receiving an access pass.
