It began as Incheon Brewery Co., Ltd., founded in 1926 by Choi Byeong-du, who was originally from Hwanghae Province. This brewery produced Soseongju, Incheon's traditional makgeolli, starting in 1926, and holds nearly a century of history. After serving for many years as part of the local economy and everyday life, the brewery closed in 1996 and was transformed into a new space where visitors can experience history and culture.
