• Jaein Falls is one of the signature scenic spots of the Hantan River, located at San 21, Gomun-ri, Yeoncheon-eup, Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do. The waterfall drops about 18 meters along majestic basalt columnar joints, creating a breathtaking view at first glance, and it has long been loved for its beautiful scenery.

   The name Jaein Falls is tied to a beautiful love story. Information signs along the walking path share the legend and explain how the waterfall was formed, making it a fun experience for kids who enjoy stories.

3. Walking path and visitor facilities
   The deck path is well built, so it is fairly easy to walk with a stroller or young children. From the parking lot, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes on foot to reach the falls, so bringing a stroller or baby carrier is recommended. There is also a suspension bridge on the way to the waterfall. Restrooms are available in the parking lot, so it is a good idea to stop there first.

   If you go down below the transparent glass skywalk observatory at a height of 27 meters, you will see the gorge spread out below, offering a thrilling experience and great photo opportunities.
