What is Jeju Folk Village?

Jeju Folk Village is a museum-style themed space that vividly recreates life and culture in Jeju in the 1890s. More than 100 traditional Jeju houses, along with a wide range of everyday tools, farming equipment, fishing gear, furniture, and stone artifacts, have been restored and displayed to feel true to life, so you can take a slow stroll with your kids and experience what old Jeju was like. Jeju's unique mountain village, mid-mountain village, fishing village, and folk beliefs, as well as Jeju Yeongmun, an old government office, and an exile site, have all been arranged based on expert historical research, offering your kids a rich experience of history and culture.

Amenities and visiting tips

• The large parking lot is spacious and free, making parking easy.
• A shuttle bus runs inside the folk village every 20 to 30 minutes, making it easy to get around.
• Amenities such as a diaper changing station and a nursing room are available, but stroller rental is not provided.
• Visiting hours are from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, and it is recommended to allow at least 2 hours for your visit.
• There are storage lockers in the lounge next to the main gate, so it is convenient to store your belongings before exploring.
