- Mulchoul Park is a spacious park that features walking trails and a water play area, playground for water activities.
- In summer, the water playground is operated, and it can be used by advance booking through the Jinju Integrated Reservation System from July to August.
- Individual reservations can be made online starting from 11 AM on the Wednesday of the preceding week, and group reservations can be made by visiting Jinju City Hall first-come, first-served at 9 AM on the Tuesday of the preceding week.
- On-site registration is available on the day of use on a first-come, first-served basis for that session.
- The water depth of the water play area is 28 cm, making it suitable for children to play.
- Swimwear and aqua shoes must be worn when using the water play area.
- As the sun is strong in summer, it is recommended to bring sunscreen and hats, and it is better to wear long-sleeve swimwear.
- There is a break time in the middle of using the water play area, and it is recommended to bring a towel or gown for warmth during this period.
- Bringing in food or beverages, except for drinking water, is prohibited within the water recreation facility.
- Bicycles and kickboards are not allowed inside the playground.
