Parenting Tips for Gijang Maehwagarden
- As it is a privately owned area open for free, there is no designated parking lot, you need to park on the roadside. (tractor road alongside the road)
- Walking uphill for about 30m from the road will lead you to Maehwagarden.
- There are no restrooms, so it is recommended to visit one beforehand.
- Inside Maehwagarden, it's a dirt road so strollers cannot be used. It's good to wear sneakers if you are with children.
- As of March 12, 2023, many flowers had already fallen. It is better to visit in early March.
- If you are with children, attractions like National Busan Science Museum, National Fisheries Science Institute Aquarium, and Lotte World are nearby.
- Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and Yeonhwari are also only about 10 minutes away.
- If you walk quickly, it takes about 15 minutes at an adult's pace, and if you take pictures and stroll, it takes about 30 minutes."
