Parenting Tips for Garam Library
- As Korea's first music-specialized library, there is a classical concert hall Solgaram Art Hall next to the library.
- Solgaram Art Hall has about 300 seats and is connected to the General Room on the first basement of Garam Library.
- In the Children's Room on the first floor, there is a Story Room, Nursing Room, Baby Bathroom.
- There is a headset available to listen to children's songs in one corner of the Children's Room, and you can also take children's song scores.
- Upon request at the desk, you can receive scrap paper and colored pencils to freely draw.
- There is a Music Room in the General Room where you can view and appreciate non-book materials such as classical, vocal, and jazz.

Opened in 2014, it was created to meet the cultural needs of local residents and has grown into an open library where music, performances, and hands-on experiences go beyond simply reading books.
Main Facilities and Features
1st Floor: Children's Reading Room
This floor is filled with a wide range of picture books, storybooks, and materials just for children, with a comfortable environment where your kids can enjoy reading. The story room is especially cozy, since you can take off your shoes and relax inside. Youth materials are also available here. There is a story room, a nursing room, and a baby restroom, and headsets are provided so children can listen to children's songs.Basement Level 1: Music Library and General Collection Room
The library houses a music-focused collection including about 8,500 music CDs, live performance DVDs, and specialized music books. Audio players and headsets are available so you can listen to music on site, and there is also an AV viewing room. You can browse and enjoy non-book materials such as classical music, vocal music, and jazz.Basement Level 1: Solgaram Art Hall
This is a 300-seat classical performance hall where a variety of performances and cultural events are held every month, creating joyful memories for both children and families. It is connected to the General Collection Room on Basement Level 1 of Garam Library.Convenient Parking
There is a spacious outdoor parking lot for about 58 vehicles including 4 accessible parking spaces, with convenient access connected to Basement Level 1. It is currently free, though paid parking is planned in the future. Parking is available from 9:00 to 22:00, and entry is not allowed outside those hours or on Mondays.
