• The library is named after General Choe Yun-deok, a prominent historical figure of Changwon during the Joseon Dynasty, and on the first floor you will find a themed zone and exhibits introducing his achievements and life.
• There is also a themed bookshelf created with donated books from local residents, offering a chance to reflect on the meaning of sharing with your child.
• A variety of reading and cultural activities with social inclusion in mind are also available, including integrated programs for people with and without disabilities.

1. Hours differ by room, so please check before visiting.
2. The library is closed every Friday and on public holidays for government offices.
3. There is plenty of parking both inside and outside the library, so driving is convenient.
