What kind of place is Baegya Lighthouse Theme Park?

Baegya Lighthouse Theme Park is a lighthouse-themed park located at the tip of Baegya-do, a beautiful island in Hwajeong-myeon, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do. Its symbol, Baegya Lighthouse, was first built in 1928 as Korea's first reinforced concrete lighthouse, and it has now been renovated to a height of 11.1 m, lighting the way for ships traveling to and from Yeosu.

• Around the lighthouse, miniature versions of Korea's representative lighthouses and informational signs are on display, so your kids can enjoy learning about the different shapes and roles of lighthouses.
