1. Comfortable private-building layout

   • The property consists of 3 separate buildings in total: 1 play building and 2 lodging buildings, and only 1 group per day can use all facilities.
   • In the play building, you can enjoy pocket billiards, screen golf, and karaoke without limits.
   • Outside the play building, there is a mini soccer goal and balls where kids can play safely.
   • On the second floor of the play building, there is a small playroom for children.
   • Baby amenities and a high chair are provided, making it easy to stay with young children.

2. Kid-friendly conveniences

   • All spaces are maintained with a clean white-tone interior.
   • Cooking is not allowed in the lodging buildings, but cooking is allowed in the cafeteria inside the play building.
   • Baby shampoo, plenty of towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are provided.

3. Fun-filled play and entertainment facilities

   • The play building includes various entertainment options such as pocket billiards, a screen golf and movie space, and karaoke.
   • The cafeteria inside the play building has an arcade game machine.
   • There is also a party room and photo zone for parties and commemorative photos.

4. Barbecue area and outdoor setting in nature

   • The barbecue zone is located in an open area with a reservoir view and can be used in any season.
   • There is also a fire pit zone, and various kitchen tools, tableware, and simple breakfast items and snacks may be provided.

• All facilities are operated exclusively for 1 family at a time, so you can enjoy privacy and safety.
• A simple breakfast with bread, cereal, and milk is provided free of charge from 7 AM to 9 AM, and you can also buy light food at the cafeteria.
• It is close to Cheongra Naengpungyokjang, so you can enjoy seasonal nature experiences nearby.
• Parking is convenient if you visit by car, and advance reservation is required.
