A cozy forest pool villa where you can relax with your kids, Camino de Floresta
A place for a special day surrounded by nature
Located at 378-2 Dosagok-gil, Bukbang-myeon, Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon State, Camino de Floresta is a private standalone pool villa whose name means "the road to the forest." Surrounded by deep woods and the Hongcheon River, it is a place where your family can make special memories of your own.
Why we recommend it for kids and families
Clean and safe private space
- Every room is in a separate standalone building, so you can spend time with just your family without running into other guests.
- With spacious rooms, a private garden, and large glass windows, it feels like staying in a cabin deep in the woods.
- The bedding, bathroom, and kitchen are also kept clean, so you can feel at ease staying here with your kids.
A private heated pool in every villa
- Each pool villa has its own private heated pool, so you can enjoy swimming in warm water in any season.
- The pool is about 1.3 m deep, so children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times.
Kitchen and other convenient amenities
- The kitchen for simple cooking is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator.
- Thoughtful touches like disposable scrubbers and plenty of towels stand out.
- Grilling meat or fish is not allowed indoors, but you can use the barbecue facilities separately for an additional charcoal and grill fee.
Views and nature experiences
- From inside the villa, the bedroom, or the terrace, you can look out over the Hongcheon River and the forest and fully enjoy the natural surroundings.
- Outside, there is a small garden and walking paths in nature where your kids can get close to trees, grass, and flowers.
Nearby outing spots
- The Gangwon State Natural Environment Research Park is less than 10 minutes away by car, making it a great stop for a forest experience or observing plants and animals.
- Natural attractions such as Geumhaksan Mountain and the Hongcheon River are nearby, making it a good place for family walks or forest bathing.
Tips and things to keep in mind
- Large supermarkets and convenience stores are far away, so it is best to prepare food and any essentials in advance.
- Since the property is close to nature, you may come across bugs or small creatures, so keep that in mind if you are sensitive to them.
- If you plan to use the lukewarm pool water setting, setting it for 1 hour after your planned swim time may help it stay warm longer.
- Villas 2, 3, 4, and 5 have a duplex layout, so if your child is very young and you are concerned about stairs, Villa 1 is recommended.
- Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00
