- In the Empathy room, two people can enter, hold hands, and experience mutual understanding.
- In case of waiting, you can input on a tablet device and enter in order when it's your turn.
- There is a locker at the entrance, which requires two 500 KRW coins for use.
- Photography is allowed inside the exhibition, but flash use is not permitted.
- As it is dark inside, parents need to watch over children carefully to avoid accidents.

- Because parking spaces in the building are limited, it's recommended to use public parking nearby.
