- There's a 'Joy Museum' class space as a children's program linked to the exhibition on the 3rd floor. Cost and reservation are separate. The exhibition space is on floors 1 to 3, and elevators" make it convenient to visit with children.
- There is an experience zone where you can freely draw on the walls.
- Photography without flash is allowed inside, but video recording is not allowed.
- Strollers can be placed in the lobby for viewing.
