Parenting Tips for Myeongdong Park (Water Playground)
- Normally it's just a playground but in summer it opens as a water playground and is free to use.
- Can be used with aqua shoes or barefoot; wearing regular shoes or crocs is prohibited.
- Bringing personal water play items is prohibited.
- Food is prohibited inside the water playground, so you can consume food on the side grass or benches.
- You can use the facility with bathing suits or regular clothes.
- There is no separate shower room, but there's an outdoor shower facility where you pull a string to get water, allowing you to rinse your body.
- There is a changing room, first aid room, and nursing room.
- There are two toilets, one at the top and one at the bottom, and the upper toilet is cleaner.
- During the hydrangea season, the hydrangea flower path is beautiful in the park.
- Due to the many unique chairs and benches, it's also called the Chair Park.
- The park has a wide lawn ideal for children to play.
- There is parking at the main gate, although it's limited, and there's a larger parking area inside, closer to the water playground.
