Parenting Tips for Dunchon Mudflat Experience Center
- Bring sand play toys for kids to enjoy while having the mudflat experience. Access to the Dunchon Mudflat Experience Center is only possible during tide times, so please check the tide schedule on the website or via phone before your visit. Shellfish digging tools, baskets, gloves, boots, etc., are available for free rental. You only need to bring extra clothes, hats, gloves, towels personally. As it might be sunny, make sure to apply sunscreen before you go. Since boots are available only in size 160 and up, bring personal boots for smaller children. It's recommended to bring water or simple drinks as you might get thirsty during the experience. With no time restrictions, you can enjoy the experience at your pace. There are changing rooms, water facilities, and showers available. The caught eelgrass can be fried immediately for you to eat, at 500 KRW each.
