Located in Yesan, Chungcheongnam-do, Bongsusan Arboretum is a wonderful place where your kids can fully enjoy hands-on experiences in nature. Surrounded by lush forest and equipped with a variety of experience facilities, it is a great destination for a family outing.

• Available amenities: nursing room inside the Insect Ecology Center, with only a simple sofa and a diaper changing table, no microwave, diaper changing table, parking lot with plenty of space

Arboretum Highlights and Helpful Tips

• The Tropical Plant Garden indoor greenhouse is compact, but it displays a variety of plants including succulents, bonsai plants, and aquatic plants. There is also a small pond with carp.
• From the Sky Deck, you can enjoy a great view of Yedang Reservoir and also see the full exterior of the building.
• All areas in the arboretum are non-smoking and alcohol-free zones.
• It is also nice to visit the Bongsusan Insect Ecology Center and the Bongsusan Forest Experience Center for Young Children together.
• There is plenty of parking, so you do not need to worry about finding a space. Yedangho Lake and the suspension bridge are also about 10 minutes away by car, making them great to combine in one trip.
• Admission is free.
