- The toddler reading room is comfortable and well stocked with children's books, so this is a library many families visit with kids.
- There is a nursing room and a children's restroom inside the toddler reading room.
- There is a children's playground right in front of the library, so kids can play after reading.
- Books are also available so that you can read at the playground.
- From April to November, the library operates a reading campsite available from 11 AM to 4 PM on the same day.
- The reading campsite can be booked online only by Osan residents who have a library card, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- On the 1st floor, there is Kkumdure Silver Cafe, which is friendly and reasonably priced, making it easy to use.
- Convenience facilities such as an accessible ramp are well equipped.
- Next to the library is the Jukmi Park barrier-free sharing forest trail, which is also nice for a light walk.
- There is parking available not only in the underground parking lot but also in the outdoor open lot, so parking is not a concern.
