- This 24-hour, year-round seawater hot spring spa uses water drawn from 500 m underground and features a large 1,600-pyeong spa, making it easy to visit anytime.
- The 1st floor houses a 200-pyeong gym with a variety of equipment, including the Stairway to Heaven machine, as well as a Busan goods shop and a Seven Eleven convenience store.
- The 2nd-floor women's sauna and 4th-floor men's sauna each offer six comfortable baths, including an open-air bath with ocean views.
- The 3rd floor has large floor-to-ceiling windows and includes five themed jjimjilbang rooms with sea views, as well as a cave room, women-only sleeping room, Seven Eleven convenience store, and audiovisual room.
- On the 5th floor, you can enjoy the jjimjilbang and relaxation room, as well as foot baths while looking out at the sea at one of seven spacious outdoor foot baths.
