Parenting Tips for Seooreung
- The grounds feature mostly gentle walking paths, so you can move around with a stroller. However, the inner tomb areas have a mix of dirt and gravel paths that may be bumpy, so bringing a lightweight hybrid or portable stroller will be much more comfortable.
- Thanks to the dense trees, overall shaded walking paths are well established, but the wide lawn areas can be very sunny. Visiting during the cooler morning hours or after 4 PM is highly recommended.
- Be sure to bring a hat, sunscreen, and cool bottled water, along with a stroller sunshade for babies riding in strollers.
- Although the garden is very large, restrooms are located only near the entrance and the central information center, so it is more convenient to take children to the restroom in advance before heading deep into the grounds.
- The wide lawns and gentle paths are great for children to run and play, but for safety, bicycles and kick scooters are prohibited, so please keep this in mind.
