- This is a one-hour separate class and cooperative team mission conducted inside the exhibition hall with teachers and friends, away from parents, so children should be able to participate naturally without their guardians.
- While children carry out the missions, parents can sit comfortably in the waiting room and watch their activities in real time through CCTV screens for monitoring, offering peace of mind.
- Children in 3rd grade or above receive a mission tablet PC each, but it may be a little heavy to carry around continuously, so younger children take on the role of observing and supervising the mission-solving process.
- Among the various VR experience programs, the flood, storm, and fire-themed VR is available only to children in 4th grade or above, while general disaster VR has no age restrictions and can be enjoyed by all children.
- Weekends are generally closed, but the second Saturday of odd-numbered months has special operations. As it opens only once every two months, reservations are highly competitive, so be sure to book in advance.
