Parenting Tips for Papa Bille
- Children of all ages, from preschoolers ages 5 to 7 through elementary school students, can participate, and activities such as basalt forest exploration and volcanic experiments are held together.
- Science journals and inquiry activities are distributed in customized versions suited to each child's age group.
- The program is a fully parent-free class, so while children focus excitedly on the experience, parents can relax while waiting at the cafe inside the park or on the outdoor terrace.
- The children's science experience program is packed with fun and excitement for about 70 minutes.
- Unless a severe weather alert, such as strong winds or a heavy rain advisory, is in effect, outdoor exploration operates normally even on rainy days, with some courses safely adjusted to focus on indoor activities.
- In rainy weather, we recommend bringing personal raincoats or rain boots as essential items to ensure children can move around comfortably.
- Because it is very difficult to provide individual restroom guidance during class due to the route through outdoor forests and terrain, please make sure to use the restroom at the parking lot entrance before the experience begins.
- To safely explore diverse vegetation and wild environments and prevent scratches or injuries, we recommend wearing thin long pants.
- As the experience involves walking on Jeju's rugged terrain with many basalt rocks, wearing sneakers is essential to protect feet safely. Please also bring a personal water bottle for outdoor activities.
- To help children fully immerse themselves in the exploration and participate safely, photography during class is kept to a minimum. Please note in advance that individual academy-style customized photos or detailed feedback are not provided separately.
