- Infants and toddlers under 36 months are restricted to the baby pool, play pool, and toddler pool areas only, with safety as the top priority.
- To ensure everyone can enjoy water activities safely and comfortably, personal play items such as swim rings, beach balls, flippers, snorkeling equipment, and water guns are prohibited.
- Life jackets and kickboards cannot be brought in as personal items and must be used by renting hotel-exclusive rental products.
