- Infants and toddlers under 36 months may receive free admission when accompanied by supporting documents such as a resident registration certificate.
- For water play, only neck floats, life jackets, and arm floats are permitted; regular floats and water guns are not allowed.
- Only swimsuits or rash guards made of suitable materials may be worn; regular cotton T-shirts and jeans are restricted.
- Outside food is permitted only for baby food, special dietary meals, and fruit with seeds and peels removed in plastic containers.
- For safe use, wearing aqua shoes is recommended.
- Children under 140 cm tall and age 13 or younger must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Bringing mobile phones and taking photos is strictly prohibited in the sauna and changing rooms.
