- As a thousand-year-old temple designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it has many cultural assets, including the national treasures Palsangjeon, Twin Lion Stone Lantern, and Stone Lotus Basin, making it a great place to learn about history.
- The walk from the parking lot to Beopjusa's main hall is fairly long, so it is recommended to allow plenty of time and come for a quiet stroll.
- A free cultural tourism guided tour is held twice daily, making it ideal for an in-depth visit with a guide.
- In summer, the stream near the parking lot is also a wonderful place to enjoy cool water play with children.
- Because it is located in the mountains, there may be insects, so bringing insect repellent, a hat, sunscreen, and a portable fan will make your visit more comfortable.
- Please note that the section in front of the large gilt-bronze Maitreya Buddha may be under construction during your visit.
- A temple stay program is available for a relaxing experience, and you can also offer large candles, medium candles, offering rice, and other donations for prayer.
- Pets are not permitted, and admission to the Beopjusa temple grounds closes at 6:00 PM.
- Parking has a fee of 5,000 won per day for a standard passenger car.
