- A village resident will guide you as you travel together to the tidal flat foraging spot, so even just digging with a hoe will yield plenty of clams, and you will not leave empty-handed.
- If you bring your own chest waders and hoe, you do not need to pay a separate equipment rental fee.
- Take the touring electric vehicle connected to the Gonam Shell Mound Museum for a cool and exciting ride, while also learning about the village's history at the museum.
- The Gonam Shell Mound Museum offers paid hands-on programs every Friday and Saturday of the month, so it is recommended to stop by if your schedule allows.
- In addition to the tidal flat clam experience, a variety of marine activities are available, including spoon worm catching, traditional fish traps, tidal flat foraging, and boat fishing, so you can enjoy whichever suits your preferences.
- For the boat fishing experience, on-site payment is not available, so you must make an advance reservation before visiting.
