Parenting Tips for <Exhibition> Seeing the World with Gulliver(~ 27/02/14)
- This special exhibition for children runs from September 1, 2026, to February 14, 2027, and is held for free in the Picture Book Exhibition Hall at the Muju County Choe Buk Art Museum.
- It features 7 hands-on spaces themed around Lilliput, the land of giants, and the floating island of Laputa from the classic Gulliver's Travels, so kids can explore as if they have stepped into the story.
- Pick up a map and passport at the exhibition entrance to begin a sea voyage. There are plenty of imagination-sparking missions, from meeting the people of Lilliput to turning a compass.
- In the floating island of Laputa zone, kids can spin a word wheel and enjoy an activity where they create a one-of-a-kind invention—a great way to encourage their creativity.
- In the exhibition's final space, Zone 7, a travelogue book-making activity lets kids create their own original book, just like Gulliver, and take home a keepsake from their visit.
- Last admission is at 17:30, so we recommend allowing plenty of time for your visit.
- The art museum is regularly closed every Monday, so keep that in mind when planning your Muju trip.
